OUR QUALITY MEATS ARE SOLD AS FOLLOWS:


ANGUS BEEF    We take custom orders for our succulent grass fattened Angus Beef year round and you may select from a Whole, Half or quarter of beef. When placing custom orders for Whole or Half, you are able to specify the way you want your beef to be packaged.  For example, the thickness of your steaks and the number of steaks per package, the sizes of roasts or how many pounds you would like to have in each package of ground meat and stew meat can be requested.   Contact us for help in placing your custom cutting order.

A Whole Beef:  approx. 400 - 450 lbs. @ $7.50 per lb.
Half of a Beef:  approx. 200 - 225 lbs. @ $7.99 per lb.
A Quarter of Beef:  approx. 100 - 112 lbs. @ $8.50 per lb.










LAMB     Fresh young Dorper lamb is available in the Fall for 2011 and can be purchased as a Whole or Half of a lamb.  A deposit will hold your lamb until it is ready to harvest.  Dorper sheep are hair sheep so they do not have the amount of lanolin found in wool sheep  Therefore, they have a mild non-gamey flavor.  We think it is the best lamb you will ever taste.  We can provide you with the popular variety of cuts such as leg of lamb, roasts, chops, stew meat and ground meat.  Uncut whole lamb or uncut halves are also available upon request making a teriffic presentation for roasting or barbequeing.  Contact us to discuss the cutting details of you lamb order.

Whole Lamb:  approx. 40 - 50 lbs. @ $10.50 per lb.
Half of a Lamb:  approx  20 - 25 lbs. @ $10.50 per lb.








 
PORK    Our Pasture Raised Pork is nutritious and has been raised without hormones and anitbiotics on free choice pasture and is supplemented with natural non-hormone milk and a hog feed supplement.  We now have both crossbred pigs that are more lean, and purebred heritage Berkshire pigs that have more marbeling in the meat.  Berkshire meat (also known as Kurobuta) is prized by chefs for its flavor and tenderness.  These heritage pigs are slower growing and are 50 cents per lb. more than the other breeds.
You may select from a Whole,Half or Quarter.    The Hams and Bacon are naturally smoked, no MSG, chemicals or nitrates, and the Ground Sausage is also all natural and can be spicy or mild.  Many flavors of sausage links are available.  Contact us to discuss your personalized pork order.
